We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of receipt of your goods. You must notify us within 14 days from the day you receive your order if you wish to return it. Once you have informed us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. If this period has passed, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Incorrectly Ordered/Unwanted Goods
In the event that an item is ordered and it does not meet your requirements we will accept the item as a return so long as the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was dispatched. Please note that the cost of returning the items safely is your responsibility.
If you wish to return an item to us please follow the below steps: - Contact us through by email to shop@yourtrailerparts.uk or on 01536 203901 within 14 days of receipt of goods. - You will then be given a unique returns code which must be included on any paperwork enclosed with the returned items. - Repackage the item or items purchased - Write the provided RMA number on the outside of the packing to help us identify your return - Failure to write the RMA Number on the return Package can delay the returns process - Send the item or items back to the address: AM-MARC TRAILERS & TARPAULINS LTD Unit 7 St. Marks Business Centre, St. Lucas Road, Corby NN188AN - When the item is received back with us it will be inspected and if all is ok the refund will be processed.
Faulty/Damaged/Missing Goods
• Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. • Missing goods must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
We will not be responsible for any delivery failure due to unclear address. We do not accept liability for delays in delivery. We have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation, other than by refund by way of these conditions. Our liability to you shall not, in the event, include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
